Waldoboro, Maine · Friday to Sunday
A farm weekend. Your gathering inside it.
You arrive Friday and the farm is yours. The shape is already there.
What the weekend is
Mornings belong to the farm, evenings to the celebration, afternoons to the coast.
Friday noon to Sunday noon. Up to 140 come for the celebration. Thirty-four sleep here, no one is in a rush.

The gift
Everyone you love, kept and fed for a weekend. It is the gift.
What's here
Eighty-three acres, one gathering at a time. No other guests, ever.
Six different potential event and ceremony spaces to tailor your gatherings. Meadowhouse, with wood-fired sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, a robe and towel for every guest. A commercial kitchen for the chefs you hire. Sound and light, speakers, mic, bistro and event lighting. A host on property from Friday noon to Sunday morning. The river, the swimming hole, the trails, the gardens, the animals.
The farm fee
$42,000
June through September. · $34,000 in May and October.
All of it, exclusively, Friday noon to Sunday noon. Never shared with another event.
Where everyone sleeps
Your guests book their own rooms, directly with us.
From $450 a night for two, all in — a welcome drink, breakfast hamper each morning, Meadowhouse spa access all weekend — never anything you need to coordinate.
What isn't through us
Food, drink, planner, flowers, photography and music are contracted directly with your vendors, who keep all of it. We keep a short list of people who have worked here and can go straight to work; anyone new needs our sign-off to use the kitchen. We ask that your planner be a professional — not a family member, not someone attending as a guest.

A working farm
Nothing here is staged.
The animals, the gardens, the weather — all of it real, all of it already going on. Your guests land in the middle of it.
The next step
Let's talk.
Tops'l hosts a few gatherings each year, both weekends and mid-week: the whole farm, your favorite people asleep on the property. A weekend, and the farm fee is $42,000 June through September and $34,000 in May and October. Mid-week, and the farm fee is $22,000 June through September and $18,000 in May and October. For both, food, drink and your guests' lodging build on top of that, and scale with your guest count. If that feels like the right shape, put a time on Sarah's calendar or send a note below.

We book ten weekends a year. 2027 is open.
